Just bought a 7x7 shed at Costco. I contacted customer service after noticing one of the windows was scratched and scuffed. I was told I have to jump through hoops and fill out a customer service form, take pictures and send them as well as show proof of purchase. Then and only then would they consider sending you another window which would take 7-14 days. Gee thanks Keter. I really appreciate the ease and efficiency of getting a damaged part replaced right in the middle of building the damned thing. I’ve had Chinese built items I purchased through Amazon respond 10x better. And were willing to ship the missing or damaged part immediately. Never again Keter.
