I am new to Keto style of eating and with a few trials and errors of what does and does not work for me, I am getting closer to understanding what is for my personal best. In my searches for keto friendly foods, I came across Keto Chow! Any "protein/vitamin" shake I have ever tried has been horrible!! These reviews were so good that I had to give it a go... and so far, I have had a successful journey in my new keto lifestyle so I figure, I'll order a KETO CHOW starter pack and WOW!!!! I was WON OVER IMMEDIATELY!! I read every review for every flavor I purchased and I am amazed and thrilled by the pistachio so far. It is DELICIOUS!!!! I had my shake for lunch and felt very satisfied, not hungry at all and I felt great. I'm excited to try more flavors and will share my opinions. I just bought another shipment so that I can have 3 shakes per week on auto delivery! Very convenient when I don't really have time for lunch at work sometimes!
