The delivery of the purchase was very quick.
After that one is supposed to make use of the on-line videos in order to set up the device and get started.
The videos are nice, but they are build in the way, in which one don’t have any opportunity to raise questions about the basic functionality of the device. At the end - there is no such a place, which address those basic customer questions. The very basic questions as: how do you reset your device; change an alarm settings; manage/delete your device-recorded measurements etc.
I have to learn it through the my own try-and-fail experience that there is no such device functions and that should be done in a primitive way of getting the batteries out of the device and loosing all of its records!
After experiencing that i understood that the way the customer support information is provided is constructed on purpose, in order for a customer not to be exposed to the “downsides” of the system right away.
Moreover, the company is doing kind of review screening, where the customer is asked to write to the customer support before giving away any review, which is less than 5 stars.
I did exactly that and have listed all the device and software troubles i have, in a letter to customer support and hold-on my review waiting for the answer. Needless to say that for around 2 weeks now i did not get any answer from the customer support..
As the luck of answer is the worse customer experience one can have, i am only willing to evaluate my overall customer experience as a 2 stars one.
