Keto-Mojo as a company is amazing! I had a first gen meter and went to buy new strips but they no longer sold mine. I contacted them because I was disappointed and was expecting a message back like you would get from other big companies with, "too bad we've upgraded so buy a new meter." However, I did NOT get that message, but a message of "we totally understand where you're coming from and we've got you covered! They totally got me into the upgrade program so I could get the fantastic new meter and just buy the strips which I was going to do anyway! I was very pleased at their great and fast customer service.
