I started with Keto. I bought the Keto Mojo and used it for about a month. It helps because i get an indication how it is going.
Both the blood sugar and keto concentration is measured, and the GKI is calculated. I can really see the influence of the diet decisions i make. For example everything was good, but then i ate a really nice big cake (sugar!!!), and it translated in a higher number of the glucose and lower ketones. Also nice info on the website that helps.
