I am happy with the product and application. I wrote a bug review and support took care of the issue but no email feedback. Recently I submitted another bug on the Apple Watch. I suspect they will again resolve the issue or provide feedback. The test strips are really affordable. Love that! They also partnered with LMHR and DrBoz for studies or events. Their involvement in the community is greatly appreciated.
