First experience with your company after getting my meter and supplies was to report a problem with the provided lancing divice which quit working properly. I was told to contact Amazon as I had ordered the kit through them. It was your device, not Amazon's. Guess you don't stand by your products. I'm glad that I found an old lancing device which has been serving me well, in fact better than what was included in your kit. Then, I received (both reorders) sealed boxes of test strips only to find test strips of two and single ones. What am I to think? Pretty unprofessional. If you have partials, sell them at a discount so people know what they are getting. Just an idea. On the positive side, your apps work well and connect with my other apps to give a good analysis of my health.
