The strips are difficult to get out of the package and you never know which end will come out first. I'd rather be touching the end that goes into the machine as it falls out of the package vs. the blood collection end. Perhaps you could mark the package "open this end"? Also, I am floored that you cannot use the machine and store data between two people. Typically households do keto together and thus need to record two sets of numbers. Because of this, the app is completely useless to my husband and I as it jumbles up our data. We have to keep it separate in a spreadsheet that we created. Poor choice Keto-Mojo, poor choice.
