I like being able to get both my blood glucose and ketones. I had no idea how bad my blood glucose was out of whack, my doc just said, "Humm it's high, maybe walk more and if it doesn't come down we will put you on medication." No mention of diet or any details to lower it. After feeling ill every time I ate, I decided to take matters into my own hands and change my diet and monitor my health. The keto-mojo will be an excellent tool to keep my glucose in check and keep me in ketosis while I start my no-carb/no-sugar diet. I would be blind to how my body is responding without it.
