Initially I was impressed. Now after 2 months, I am looking for a more accurate meter. My glucose can vary by as much as 10 or more points with the *same* sample. I need something much more reliable and accurate. Further, I phoned the company three times and no one ever returned my call. Then, I emailed support. No help there, I wound up having to figure things out on my own on how to use the pre and post meal icons. However, they are meaningless because the designation does not show up in either app. Useless feature, or so it appears since no one was able or willing to explain to me how to incorporate it in the apps. Not impressed.
