Truly horrific, one of the most frustrating experiences setting up an app, especially the multiple (from different places) instructions for syncing for the first time. Too much for a "short" review. I wrote a feedback email with details to customer support and their response was basically a written yawn. I eventually figured things out on my own. I have zero confidence in this company's ability to make a good product. Only using them because my Dr wants me to.
