I just reported that, after buying glucose strips many times, one of the three boxes I ordered was short by four pieces. Also, what made me count was that rather than full strips of five, there were strips of 2 and 3 in all of the boxes.
The representative wanted me to lay all 3 boxes out and photograph them so they could be counted! Already spent time counting and then writing to explain.
She explained that they had to ask for videos to troubleshoot??? Anyway, just dropped it and didn't accept a refund.
