I found the videos, very helpful, and the set up minimal. In a few minutes I had already tested my levels and calculated my doctor Boz ratio. I will look forward to replenishing my supplies once my initial strips run out. I was still working my way through the other educational materials on the site, which is very helpful. If you are on the fence about testing your Keytone levels, just go for it ! Go
