Keto-Mojo is a game changer for me. In my case, I’m using keto to ward off two monsters at one time; cancer and diabetes. My doctor suggested it as a good approach, as I was pre diabetic and the glucose numbers just wouldn’t come down. Also, cancer thrives on sugar, so keeping in ketosis is key here as well. At the outset, I found it so difficult to accurately know where my numbers were at any given time. The ketosis strips were somewhat helpful but highly inaccurate. Keto-Mojo has enabled me to know exactly where I am with regard to both ketosis and glucose and the GKI gives me a target to shoot for. I am so thankful to have such a great weapon at my disposal!
