Purchasing experience was good, but I forgot to get a discount applied and customer service promptly fixed it and refunded me the discount the next day. The meter arrived within 5 days and I've been using it for a week now. There is an amazing amount of info on their website and also instructional videos. The app works very well importing the data and keeping track of your readings. So far, I have no complaints and am very happy with my purchase and the service.
