excellent customer service, respectful and friendly to customers. Easy to navigate the website to find what I wanted, and excellent follow-through. Extra stars for having a recycling program for their old model monitors! If I have problems I am confident I will be able to get a response fairly quickly. The new monitor is somewhat improved over the older one. Setting the interface was hard at first. If you pushed the button once too many times, it took the wrong value but removing a battery and starting over fixed that.
