My device stopped working and I had to ask for replacement which did happen but the process was a bit difficult, couple of different support people were involved and aasking me same questions and to send pictures of betteries inside of device, getting simultaneous answers from 2 different agents etc. Also more time passed before they send new device then when I purchased it initially and no noification it was sent, just some weird message from delivery service which really didn’t provide me with useful information about when to expect it. Also having 2 apps is very confusing and thise different accounts for purchasing and using device. Really bad experience. Also couldn’t manage to connect it with Chronometer app, dona’t know on which side is the integration done but it sucks. Price of strips is very high it feels a bit mean because you have to use those.
