Great Meter. Easy to use. Let's me know where I'm really at as far as being in Ketosis. Also I didn't know I was borderline prediabetic until I started using this meter. Customer service is excellant! Both times I've had issues it was after hours but I still received an answer back to my questions. It was not immediate, but both times it was pretty quick on FB Messenger. Thanks!
