I had an issue with the readings that I was getting versus what I thought they should be. I contacted customer service by email and within minutes I had a response. They offered me a complete new unit to replace mine and some suggestions on what might be causing the issue. I followed the suggestions and that solved the problem. That confirmed to me that these people really care about their customers. I love this company, and their products. The app is awesome. I do wish the supplies were a little less expensive, but that's just the penny pincher in me. ;-)
