My first time use didn't go very well. I drew blood into the sampler strips and then inserted them into the machine. This provided many F2 errors. Then I put the strips in the machine and then drew sample blood into the strip. The machine started counting and all is well now. The connection to my phone app works well and provides GKI numbers.
