I received my Keto-Mojo three weeks ago. I monitored my GKI daily for three weeks and synced the data to my phone after each test. Both the device and the app worked great until three days ago. I ran my app as usual to sync the data but it failed to detect the device. During that time, an error code (I believe it said E2) appeared on the device. I reset both the app and the device, then re-synced. The app was able to detect the device this time but reported no new data was found, even the data was there. I ended up entering the result manually. I hope this was a one-time hiccup. Overall I think Keto-Mojo is a very user friendly device and it does a great job.
