I’ve been using keto mojo testers for years now and have never had a problem. I’ve recommended them repeatedly to my friends and people who ask me about the keto diet.
Then, the last batch of glucose strips I bought started giving me faulty reads. In the 9 years I have been testing my glucose and been in a keto diet as well as fasting, I have never had a reading in the 100s, but this batch of test strips kept coming up 120 something or close to that. I would retest and it would be normal for me like 70-80 something. Sometimes I would have to test three or four times before I got a norma low reading and all the numbers were different.
I expected to reach out and have someone from your team suggest that there must be something wrong with that batch and offer to replace it. I mean, I figured it would mean more to Keto Mojo to keep satisfied customers than to tell me “hey, it happens sometimes, sorry” like I was told. I felt unheard and unappreciated as a loyal customer. It would cost you a few dollars to send me a new box of BG test strips and cost you nothing to say, “hey, I’m sorry that happened…we know your money is valuable and it must be frustrating feeling like you are wasting costly strips on invalid tests.”
I’m really disappointed in the entire interaction.
