Great company that understands the value of returning customers. The meter is super easy, and I was really bummed when after a year it wigged out. I contacted customer support and they were helpful beyond my expectations. They sent me a free new meter, so I can continue to use the strips and the simple reader I had gotten uses to. The app is also helpful with keeping track, accountability, and using the gki scale.
