Once you get the hang of it, you can do it very quickly. The lancet device has a variable setting depending on how strong you need it. The strips can be costly to reorder, but overall it is worth knowing my glucose and my ketones in a very quick and easy way. The online instructions, guidelines, and articles are so incredibly detailed and useful. If you are trying to keep an eye on your glucose or trying to measure your ketones, this device will do both. So easy! Customer service was also good when I wanted a shipping status. Make sure you set up an account so that you can get tracking information!
