I use just the ketone strips, for I wear a CGM. I do use the glucose strips when I change out sensors though. I like that they come pretty quick when I order them. I have a meter and my husband has one too we dont have them hooked to our phones though for my data and his data would go on the others phone, we have older ones, maybe that has changed.
