The help I received was Excellent but I do not like the packing. They are difficult to open as are the ones I get from Amazon. Both it is easiest to cut open with scissors but your packaging is very narrow so it makes it hard to cut and sometimes I cut the stick inside.
Amazon's packaging is wider making it much easier to cut open with the scissors and I've never cut the actual stick inside.
