At first, I was afraid that I would not be able to get the blood droplet. It is so easy and effortless, I love this product. And I'm so excited to know when I'm in ketosis and, really importantly, to keep my glucose below 80. I can monitor what food spike glucose and take me out of ketosis, then I can avoid those foods. Thank you for an awesome product. Also, the tutorials and videos are excellent, there is so much information on the website.
