The videos for using the product could use a little enhancement. The video should have instructions on best practices for opening the testing strips or using the finger lance. Some of this may be common sense, but some of it needs to be talked about. For example, loading the lance tool, it was initially cumbersome to remove the cap. I figured it out quickly enough, but i could have easily broken it. Twisting the lance top you have to be careful not to bend it. After the first try, i got it. Maybe separate instructional videos can be made for those needing help with a specific part of the testing process.
