I never received the product so the review is based on my shipping experience and the company’s failure to rectify the situation. The product arrived 3 days after it was supposed to and it was of course melted. I purchased Route protection so I should have been eligible for a refund. The refund process has been a pain and the issue still isn’t resolved. I’ve had to email Keto Pint & Route several times and it should have been a simple refund or reship me the product. Route asked for pictures 2 days ago and the issue still isn’t resolved. First time doing business with this company and has not been pleasant experience.
