I honestly did not think it would be possible to have ice cream that tastes and feels like ice cream when on a low-carb diet. Not only is the ice cream amazing, but the shell also tastes like super rich chocolate. It basically feels like eating a Klondike bar without the carbs. We only bought one box just to try it out, but ended up finishing the whole thing in under a week. Won't make that mistake again during our next Costco trip!
