I have been on the ketogenic diet for 6 months: what has made it sustainable is the abundance of substitutions for some of my fave things to eat. Ice cream is one of my favorite things to eat so much that once I found out that Keto friendly versions existed I made it a mission to try. I have tried 4 brands, and home made and by far Keto Pint that I buy at Costco is the BEST keto friendly ice cream I have had. Actually it may be better than regular ice cream. I love the size of the bars, the crunchy chocolate coating, with the creamy ice cream with just a hint of the sea salt caramel which makes for a perfect bar. I keep these on my freezer at this point and friends whether keto or not love them too!
