I have been on Keto for about three months and I still crave sweets. I try different products or even make my own and they are okay. I saw these Ice cream bars at Costco so I decided to give them a try. They are DELICIOUS! Keeps me in ketosis and they are tech and creamy. I ate the whole box in a day which is probably not good for any diet, but I didn’t care! I’m still in ketosis!
