I was not happy with the melted -then- refrozen treats that lost its shape and was a total mess to begin to eat. The ice-cream itself (mint chocolate) had a pasty taste. The peanut butter was tolerable. The salty caramel was the best (I should have ordered more). Overall personal opinion, I enjoyed other brands of keto-friendly ice-creams that are easily accessible at my local supermarkets. Sorry to sound so negative, but if you are trying to improve your products, I believe you would appreciate my comments for growth purposes. One good thing I must say that I appreciated so much, was the communication about the delays in receiving your products was outstanding. It made me feel that I wasn't just another sale. Kudos to your customer service department!
