I waited another three weeks without getting a shipment notification, so I sent an email to inquire. I received a form letter regarding shipment difficulties. A week later, the order shipped. It arrived five days later melted, and already in the process of fermenting. Your representative blamed it all on FedEx. I was told I would need to purchase your products locally because shipping was too difficult. So no, my experience wasn't great.
