I loves sweets so the hardest thing on keto is not having them. When I seen the Keto sea salt and caramel ice cream bars I was in heaven. I was worried they would have that weird after taste! They do not they are delicious and help me so much with my sweet craving without ruining my diet! I hope Costco will start selling the other flavors as well!
