Been a loyal customer of theirs since 2011 & at the end of this holiday booking got hit with a £100 demand to repair an item in the cottage that was broken when we arrived. They can't seem to understand "it was broken when we arrived & I'm not paying to have it repaired". This will almost certainly be the end of our relationship with them & next year we'll have to find another to rent a cottage from.
