We’re so glad we chose Kettell! The website, which lets you design your own door and see how it looks on your house, the beautiful showroom, and entire team have been fantastic. When we visited the showroom to look at doors, our children were kept happily entertained, and Lisa and James were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with their advice. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and we didn’t have to wait long for our new front door. The fitter, Phil, was very friendly and did an outstanding job & was very tidy. The door was installed on the scheduled day without any rush, as we were allocated a whole day for the door to be fitted which really shows how excellent this company is. After just a week, we can already tell it’s of excellent quality—it looks amazing and has made a huge difference. There’s no draft at all, and it’s far more soundproof than our previous door. We absolutely love it! A huge thank you to everyone involved.
