When visiting the showroom I found the staff friendly and helpful. I particularly liked that although I had visited the showroom with my partner, your salesman, Ben, quickly realised I was buying the door and spoke to me rather than directing his comments at my partner. Installation of my door went well and without any problems. Your fitter worked all day with just a short lunchbreak, although it was a particularly cold day. He cleaned inside and outside the house before leaving. Overall, very satisfied .
