The ordering and fitting of our dorma window went like clockwork. Both the office and field staff could nt have been more helpful and professional. The quality of the fitting work is excellent with barely a mark on the existing interior decoration. the quality of the window is also very good. However, the reason for a 4/5 score is that after the window was fitted we had to wait two and half weeks for the scaffolding to be removed, with no indication for the first ten days when the scaffolders would come to remove it. We needed to be at home so as they required us to give them access to the back of the house. It would be useful if Kettell could give dates for scaffolding removal as well as erection.
