Extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Keyword Tool does not allow proper cancellations, and their billing system is flawed. Even after proving we haven't used the tool, they refuse to process a refund unless we provide "evidence" of their own system’s failure. This is a clear money-grab tactic, and it should be a warning to anyone considering signing up.
⚠ Attention: Once you subscribe, canceling is NOT straightforward! Proceed with caution, as you might end up being charged long after you thought you canceled.
