Very disappointed. My friends and I went through the drive-through on a saturday night. Unfortunately, due to the traffic we couldnt hear the operator. Although, we tried to speak very clearly he wasnt able to full hear us probably. This resulted in us driving to the window to confirming our order. When we arrived at the window seconds later he explained he cancelled our order and stated we would have to drive back aound to make an order. We explained we wouldnt be able to do this as we had already made an order. He was rude then All of a sudden his colleague came and gave us our order.
