-10 is what I would give them for a rating!!! Order food for 5:15 pick up because we were going out of town. Got there about 4:50-4:55 and my order was ready. I should have knew it was cold has hell because the ice was melted and the sodas were very warm. Fries, mashed potatoes and all the chicken and nuggets were very cold. If it wasn't for the fact were were loading up to go out of town I would have took it all back and made them give me all new food. I will NEVER order from kfc again!!!!!
