A landlord electrical safety certificate was required on a rental property i own before a new tenant could move in. Kyle and his team at KG Electrical carried out a complete electrical installation inspection and reported back to me punctually. It was identified that a number of items needed repairing before the electrics would be deemed acceptable for a certificate to be issued. Kyle and his team went round the property with me and explained what was needed. A competitive price was given and i gave the go ahead for the works. I gave them a set of keys for the property to allow them to visit when necessary to complete the work as i completely trusted Kyle and his team to have the keys to my property. KG Electrical were professional at all times, punctual and got the work finished in schedule. The guys cleaned up after themselves and further more repaired an external light which was faulty which was not part of the original agreement.
