The product is as expected although not used yet as it arrived too late for my holiday in April.
This product was ordered on 31 Dec 2020 and did not arrive until May 2021.
Whilst I understand that it was a pre-order I find it totally unacceptable that the money for this was taken at the time of order rather than on dispatch as happens with most reputable companies. When delay after delay occurred, communication was sparse (at best) and no compensation was offered. Very disappointed with the customer service.
