Ordered a basketball jersey, I was sent the wrong item. This happened another two times where I ordered the same jersey but received the same incorrect jersey. Contacted customer service via their email and was met with an unapologetic, rude and down right ignorant to the situation rep. Bunch of keyboard warriors who can`t do their job. Even the stores are sick of the online/customer service department with the amount of errors they cause. You would think that after the first time they would sort it out either way. This company are a bunch of amateurs posing as a premium service. Best to avoid, better companies out there with better customer service.
