Ordered a car seat 2 weeks ago andsaid delivery 3-5 working days after a week I emailed asking why I haven't received the car seat then quickly got an email saying they were out of stock and do I want to cancel the order or keep it and Wait until it is in stock so I replied with cancel it and went and brought another car seat however the next day they said that they had just dispatched one and I said I didn't want it as I had got another one the delivery drive come with it but refused it and been emailing constantly without getting a reply as to when I am going to get a refund however I still haven't been refunded it is disgusting customer service I am really disappointed and still awaiting a refund happy to take my money but not happy to refund disgusting
