I placed my order on 26 of November. Didn't receive it, emailed and got no response initially. I called customer service they, they told me DPD has delivered my parcel 3 times, but I have not been at home. I was waiting them at home, checking tracker. Absolutly awful service. Now I am waiting refund already 10 days, customer service promis me refund in 7 day.Never buy from them!
