Kikki-k used to be amazing, but it is dreadful now. Ever since Kristina left, the brand has gone down hill, the quality is rubbish. Plus they don’t answer DM’s, I have so far been ignored after countless messages to them which I am quite unhappy about. They have been posting, so they would have seen my messages but I am guessing they have chosen to ignore me.
