Hi, for my birthday my husband got me a gift from your shop which included lipsticks and one lip gloss. I didnt like / or try the lipsticks I only opened to check the color But once I didn't like the color I went to exchange it at the shop. I had the receipt and I had the un-used lipsticks but once I got there none of the staff treated me well. They judged the color of the lipsticks my husband got and said "who gets these colors" instead of helping me exchange it and they did not believe that I didnt use it. They also judged the fact that my husband put the recipet in the kiko bag, this is horrible customer service, made me uncomfortable and mad by how cheap they treated me instead of helping me. None of the lipsticks were used on my lips or hands or anything. Just opened carefully to see the color incase i wanted exchange. I read on Google and on your website that you could exchange with in 14 days. I came 2 days later yet I got treated this way? Very unfair customer service.
