I bought an advent calendar in a shop on holiday for 130 euros. At home I found that in my calendar two of the drawers are identical and contain identical products. It means that I had each of the 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 boxes twice, and 17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24 are missing. Customer support sent me the address where I sent the calendar, but the package was not received. They refused to receive it! It takes them a long time to reply, they send confused emails, it has been going on for almost a month and they are unable to resolve it! I really hope I ever get my money back :((( even the postage for the complaint I had to pay myself and it cost more than 20 euro. Very very very bad and unprofessional!!!!
